very nice. appears to be well made. another review states this case is not as big as described. the size is stated in mm, not inches so convert this and you end up with a case around 5" x6.25" x almost 3" high. small but enough room for going on a short trip. i like it and the lock is absolutely necessary for me.

I purchased this for my niece for her 18th birthday. She is headed off to college next fall, and I thought this was a really good idea for her to take a month's worth of her jewelry with her... and she could still keep it safe. It's a very nice item and seems to be well made. I was just a little disappointed in the size. For some reason when I looked at the item I thought it was a good size, but when it came it was about 10" by 10". She still seemed pleased with it, but I thought it was a bit pricey for as small as it was.
