This is a beautiful box! The leather accents really add some style. There are 4 compartments under the watches for storing things also. I gave this box to my husband for his birthday and he loved it!

This is an attractive, well made chest. Perfect for consolidating lots of small boxes into one, and can hold more than eight watches (depending on size). It looks just beautiful on the dresser, not like a toolbox. Shipping was prompt with excellent packaging. I would recommended this chest to anyone looking for something really "nice".

This watch box was my 2nd Christmas gift to myself. The first gift unfortunately didn't work out and had to be returned, but this gift was right on the money. Very nice looking box (doesn't look like your typical watch box), good craftsmanship, perfect size for my larger watches, and not to hard on my wallet. Great buy for this product.

I discovered this particular watch valet after purchasing and becoming very disappointed in a poor quality "Diplomat" brand watch winder which I consequently decided to return. This new valet had all very positive reviews, and looked good in the (tiny) photos, so logically I figured I couldn't go wrong and ordered one. Although the price seemed a bit steep for a box, I felt excited about its arrival and had to wait only a few short days before it showed up. I unpacked it easily and quickly, and instantly felt relieved because it looked and felt so solid and well-built. However, as soon as I started looking at it more closely, I noticed several problems with the valet that I clearly associate with inferior quality. First, both the top and bottom tray dividers did not appear to have been installed with much care or concern, as they were out of square, crooked, and looked sloppy. Second, the individual pieces of suede that line the bottom of the divided lower tray clearly were not fastened securely to the surface and were almost completely lifting up. I instinctively considered pulling the loose corners up and smearing some glue underneath to fasten them properly, but I knew I shouldn't have to do this on a brand-new item. Third, on the outside of the box's top cover where the wood meets the suede, the seams were clearly and obviously uneven on both the left and right sides. To me, these flaws are an indication of inferior quality, and point to hasty craftsmanship. Perhaps I am being nitpicky, and $159 probably isn't that much to many people, but for this kind of money I expected the construction to not only be solid and attractive, but to have trim that was carefully measured, straight, and securely fastened. Furthermore, I expected the box to appear as if care had been taken at every step of its manufacture. In my modest opinion, this box does not make the grade. What I have disovered is that in general, Chinese construction of this type of item focuses mostly on outside "quick" appearances, and not as much on the numerous details that comprise a truly fine object. For what it's worth, I would have been essentially satisfied if I had paid around $30 for this box. To the credit of the seller and to Amazon, when I decided to return this valet the process was very simple. I clicked some buttons and wrote a brief description, and the next day UPS was ringing my doorbell to pick it up. I am definitely grateful for this level of customer service, but unfortunately dissatisfied with the overall quality of this item for the price.
