 Poor construction qualityMay 26, 2010
I purchased this item after reading the positive reviews here at Amazon.
It arrived today and I am pretty disappointed about the poor quality of construction. The box overall is somewhat flimsy and can easily be twisted and bent (it feels like thin leather wrapped over a cardboard body frame).
The latch sticks, so it doesn't operate smoothly or easily and the lid doesn't open quite enough to balance properly so it sometimes falls closed by itself.
On the plus side, the interior pockets and features are nicely appointed in cushy-soft velvet and the watch holders fit my watches nicely and snugly.
I had thought that at this median price the build quality and fit/finish would be better. It is disappointing enough that I will probably buy something else.

I got this as a present for my husband to go along with a pair of nice cufflinks for our wedding. We both really liked it--the leather is not the highest quality you could ever find, but it is still very nice (good quality for the price) and we were both pleased with the product. The watch slots are narrow, so many watches with large faces will have to be turned on their sides to store, but that is the only real critique. I also liked that it qualified for super saver shipping! :)

I purchased this for my new watch I bought and must say I am impressed. I was deciding between 6 different ones and chose this one. The interior is of good quality and there is plenty of room for all of my items to fit in. Would be a great gift for someone.

I really loved this product and it was perfect to hold all my stuff.
However, I had a problem with some of my watches and cufflinks as they were hitting the inside wall of the cover while closed. You can even see the marks of that. I wish if there was more clearance.

This was a gift for my husband. He LOVES it. Great quality inside and out. It also comes with a bust bag. Great product for the price!
