 Burl finish watch box for under $50.Sep 07, 2007

This is the perfect size watch box to hide away, yet it's nice enough for display. However, it is not big enough to store grossly oversized watchs like Russian divers. It is just big enough for the trendy 44-46MM round watch or Lupah style. It's a fine buy for the price.

I'm happy with this watch box. It's well-built and looks pretty good sitting on my bureau. My watches fit fine in it, but the slots probably couldn't accommodate wider watches like big dive watches or over-sized faces too well. Works great for my medium-sized watches though.

Since I'd read that this style of box with a glass cover had a few issues (my knowledge of that is based solely on other people's reviews), I went ahead and ordered this as a solid box and it's beautiful. Only one of my watches is too wide for it (and it's actually the leather band that makes it too wide), so I just took out the little insert and put the watch into the box in a different manner.
BTW: I had a few problems with another product from this seller, but they really worked hard to make it work out and they were fair and just throughout it all.
This box and seller are highly recommended.

I ordered this watch storage case for my brother-in-law as a gift. I was hesitant because I could not "see and hold it". But I was greatly surprised when it arrived. Very nice quality and my brother-in-law was impressed.

I was considering other cases on Amazon (including leather covered) until I came across this item. It looked higher quality than the others, and was a good price so I purchased it. I had to write this review since this product was very impressive - high quality wood box with impressive lacquering, quality manufacturing of hinges, high quality pillows and felt interior.
Overall, this product is impressive and of high quality, all at a reasonable price.
