Looks elegant, good fit and finish, quality made. Has velvetine on the bottom so your bureau ( or whatever ) won't get scratched.
Packed well, arrived in perfect condition.

The plastic window has started to separate from the frame after about a year or so. I am in the process of hot-gluing it back in place.
I still like this case and it still looks great, and hopefully my repair will keep it in good shape for a long time.

The box I received doesn't match with the picture and the description. The top glass is actually plastic. It doesn't have a front lock. The box is very nice and all my watches (including an Invicta of 50 mm). You get what you pay for...

"The Grifter"
I purchased this item and it's a high quality product. I would have given it 5 stars because it looks exactly lik the picture and it's as nice as you would expect. The only reason why I gave it 4 was because my unit doesn't stay open. The hinges could be a little more tight, or the lid could swing farther open allowing the lid to stay open. Besides that this is a very nice product. I have different size watches from Rolex's to Breightling's and they all fit fine.

The photo is good, but the chest in person was gorgeous. When the gift was open, everyone was so impressed, from the plexi glass insert to the cushioned insides, they wanted to know what local store I purchased it from. The chest was packed extremely well to prevent any damage whatsoever. I had seen alot of watch storages online, but this one out ranks them all. I will without a doubt be back to shop from Watch Pavilion. Also, with me ordering it 12/19 I received it just in time to wrap and put under the tree. THANK YOU!!!!!

Good: Window height leaves enough room to close the lid for watches with thick cases. Finish is good. I can't tell if it is real wood or veneer (supposed to be real wood). The colour is more of a cherry than the brown shown in the photo.
Bad: Nothing really. The sides of the compartments are at different widths so some watches stay put and others fall forward or back a bit.
I would not hestiate to buy more of these.
